Petrol car washings machine 50,000.00. 5000 litre water tank 30,000.00. Look for a roadside site outside Nairobi because of Kanjo problems. Kite, Ronga, Juja, Thika, Limuru.
And you are ready to go. The balance can be used for the extras. e.g buying water, soap etc.
Remember my commission.

I like this; very bright and eye opening. It's good advice on starting with what you have.
A traveler in ancient Greece, the story goes, met an old man walking along the road and asked him how to get to Mount Olympus. The old man, who turned out to be Socrates, replied: "Just make sure that every step you take is in that direction."
- Fatten the animals first before selling them off to maximize on your returns.
- You can get better prices on the animals in the weeks/days before schools open since most are looking to sell their animals to raise school fees for their kids.
- Beware not to be conned by traders who take their animals - mostly cows to the river/watering point before coming to the market, the animals looks full/fatter due to the water it has drank.
Considering this post is over a yr old, mind sharing what u did with the cash/ what biz u invested in?

lol.Just seen one of my former CFA lecturers here.Anyway, fruit juice, yoghurt and icecream IMO will peak in Kenya. It plays on the 'health' movement(which is good),brings diversity(if you play around with the fruits and the mix) and the freshness is attractive.Personally I feel it has franchise potential and the colours are splendid from a marketing/branding perspective.
