Great investment but poleni for the mishaps. But you need to unite as tenants (as those occupying the houses) and force NSSF, KPLC and Nairobi Water to come together and sort you out in order to get out of this mess. good luck.

Does anyone know the current RENTAL rate for the 3 Br. Maisonette's in Nyayo Est. (i.e. how much are people renting them out for)?

By the way is was the water problem in the estate sorted? There was a serious problem sometime last year.

@nobby. what water and power offices (location) did you use to get your connections done and is there any particular person who was specifically helpful?
