with the options of PK; martha k; ole kiyiapi - in my order of preference; i dont understand what the whinning in between jubilee and cord is all about.

Politicians in both cord and jubilee have been there since moi era ... they achieved nothing significant for the constituencies leave alone at national level.

Why should i elect either? - PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME A REASON - please note i hate tribalism!!

Now; to elect 2 suspects - sielewi....... to elect the mp for kibera-sielewi!!

PK - Karua - Kiyiapi in that order...

For now ----- PK Tosah

Nobody has denied there was meeting that day in state house, the Kenya government went ahead and provided a video for the function that day.
A crowd image in a hotel brought forward as evidence for murder!

Never mind that such a choice would boomerang with devastating effects on the very happless Naives - after the Economy collapses!

And here's where you go wrong. When somebody decides to choose his/her presidential candidate, it's not necessarily that they are gullible. That notion is myopic. That particular person could be having genuine reasons not to elect any of the other candidates. That's democracy for you, whether you like it or not. The best you can do is to hope people elect a candidate best for the country, but calling voters gullible will only give you a heart attack if your preferred loses. Acceptance is what will help us, peaceful elections will send the right signals to anyone out there. When you say it's only those bound by a tribal straightjacket that can only vote in the indictees, someone will give you reasons why they won't vote for RAO, PK, MK, Kiyapi, etc. It's a wrong mentality you have B.Timer. Let the voters be, let them decide. Even if it seems PK seems unlikely to win, I'll still vote for him, because I don't think any of the top two candidates has the nation's best interests at heart. And that's my humble opinion.

@jyo, you should know that in law, there's factual evidence. That's what @Ngong is alluding to. Whether he believes it or not. That's why cases are dismissed because there was no concrete evidence.

You must be very young because the other leading presidential candidate was actually charged with treason sometime in 1983 and the evidence was very concrete and yes people died. Now in any civilized country anybody who has ever been charged with treason should not at any time lead a country and serve as Commander-in-Chief. Prof Makaus should spare us the sermons because we are pretty uncivilized and uncultured people and that is why Waititu is doing better than Jimnah
