This Polyamory thing might have it's advantages and seems fashionable but it also has it's drawbacks. In my opinion such relationships won't work.....

I wouldn't say that things are getting worse. In fact I think they are getting better.

Open relationships are not so much about multiple partners, but is about being allowed to be free. This is something that has been rare in human relationships.

What we haven't been doing is to understand this kind of relationship and what it means to us.

In the near future even children will be less dependent on parents for money and socialization.

Well, well. Whatever u say @tycho. But i think there's still sexual intimacy with multiple partners in this so called open relationships. I am one backward guy and i don't believe having multiple sexual partners, even if it's agreed between two people, would make them free.

Those are just my old school thoughts or is it my backwards thoughts?.....

Of course there are instances of wanton and free sexual behavior. But that is not where stability lies.

Soon we will all be thinking hard about what our sexuality means, and how we can use it to live well.

These, I think, are the questions we need to answer, lest we lose generations in the wilderness.
