I am serious, I would not mind getting this gava contracts to supply whatever they need, would not mind being schooled offline.

Let me put here the little I know.It depends on your line of business, but generally you need a limited liability company, relevant registration in some cases eg for legal services by lsk, construction by the national constructional authority, pin certificate for the company and directors, vat certificate, tax compliance certificate, three years audited accounts, references from previous clients, bidbond, insurance covers in some cases, bank statementsThe list is not exhaustive but some of the above documents are forged by many suppliers. Then choose your target ministries, parastatals, commissions etc.Get contacts in the procurement departments,Cultivate a friendship but do not take them to 5 star hotels not unless they are big fish. You will get some knowledge from them on how to go about the whole set up.It is also important to know a few big people,I once got a tender in a parastatal because when the PS and minister visited the parastatal, the PS is an acquintance and I engaged him on small time chatter for about 30 minutes then when they had left I went to the MD and lied to him that the PS had said that I be awarded a tender which I had bid and another to a friend and the PS would protect him.I followed it up with a call to the PS just to say hi and passed the phone to the MD to say hi too.Needless to say I won the tender even though I was the second highest bidder. There are so many intricacies involved.

yes and fyi,his contract was renewed and I told him that I had intervened and he believed me.I am now powerful in the parastatal to the extent that I sometimes use the parastatal's vehicle yet I am like Waiganjo.

Hehe that is so cool!

ION why is it a conflict of interest for a citizen to win a tender but not a conflict for a president to be sitting in a court room in another country? mmmmhhh
