Hati the Gava will be run thru skype , there will be a lot of technical problems indeed .the migration seems very slow, not a good way of running a govt. ICC Status confrence is on .

The Hague is very very far from kenya.It requires many hours of flying to and from.Those hours are necessary for our incoming President and his Deputy to meet their supporters and the undecided and those who changed their minds after the presidential debate.

In addition, the ICC gave them 2 options.Come in person or Faiba.They chose Faiba.

Now if trial are heard concurrently in two separate chambers, what will happen? No more mara UK here mara WSR here. Both will be gone for at least 12 months.

Counsel pushing for a later date other than April 10/11 - citing all manner of excuses.

You see they need time to deal with issues of Presidential election run off and being sworn in, which the current hearing date interferes with!

ICC Trial Chamber judge Ozaki : Kenya cases will run at the same time in the same chamber. Each case allocated 4 hours per day.
