@mukiha, we do get the leaders we deserve.
Someone coined the term MPIGs because we feel we have been getting a raw deal from them.
The problems we've been experiencing have little to do with marital status.
If anything, extending your argument logically may mean that we elect single people since married people (assuming most parliamentarians were) have run down this country.
Back to the Stone Age.

Yes,you are right, the lack of support on the ground is because of her marital status. That is why she has represented Gichugu all these terms because she has no support on the groundLiar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar Liar .

Actually if i were not so TNA ,i would vote for Hon. Karua. I would not be crucifying her like this, surely putting her marital status ahead of everything that she has achieved is being economical with due credit.

An you @Makerege of all other people ,you do not have to sink this low because hon. Martha is no where near RAO in terms of numbers. So no need to hung her like this - but again, who knows, you could also be as retrogressive as @ Mukiha.

Mukiha just said the plain truth about Martha, can't be compared the kind of shyt you throw at Raila everyday in this forum!!!....FACT some of you on one hand hate the west and on the other one want to embrace them when it fits, no wonder she has the highest number of followers on twitter among the presidential candidates, most of them are social media activists!!!!

It is on record on this forum that i have never insulted RAO on this forum. Dig up the thread and show me.

Hakuna mambo ya west hapa, where i come from ,there are some prominent unmarried women and separated women ,it has nothing to do with the west, separation and or divorce is a fact of life.

But of course since you think talking ill of Martha wins votes for RAO,you have to chip in- cheap shots if you ask me .

....I wonder why you are getting violent about this matter, maybe coz she held forte for your candidate in the last debate.....quoting gutter like dailypost with it's rumours everyday about Raila cannot be compared with Mukiha saying the plain truth about Martha, man y voters have a problem with her being single, you may delude yourself otherwise if you want!!!!

Isn't it interesting that none of the other "wrongs" I have listed about the other candidates are being discussed here, especially Uhuru and Raila being weaklings in my eyes and Mudavadi being untrustworthy.

Quite telling....

Mukiha, being single is not Martha's weakest point. She is a mother and has brought up a great family single handedly. Being single or not is an issue beyond one's control at times therefore it is unfair to judge Martha harshly in that respect. To me her greatest weakness is inability to accomondate others and to build rapport, something very key for a c in c

......Nothing really against her being single, the fact of being single is somehow contributing the little support she attracts....that is the point many want to ignore!!!

I am not violent, i am just challenging this retrogressive thinking- that a woman is defined by the marital status.Sometimes, even with the best of intention, marriages do not work.

I also mentioned on this thread that I do not not see the same harsh judgement directed towards divorced/separated or single men when they run for political office. It is the way we are socialised,it does not mean that we have to continue embracing and thinking that way, even when we know sometimes,it just has to be that way.

What exactly are you guys arguing about ? Do you realise how far back into the dark ages you take women with your stances?

In my places of work,i have come across many women,of different statuses, and i can tell you you that their performance was never judged by the status, and they all did well,in their various roles.

Move on guys, the time to kukandamiza women i s long gone, that is why they are the ones calling shots in many enviable positions- they never let this kind retrogressive stereotyping bother them - even when they are not married or separated.

I will tell you for fact,if it were not for UK,Hon. Martha would be up there in terms of support from the backyard. Any animosity she may face right now- on the ground-has nothing to do with her status- she led Gichugu for many years.

I rest my case.

Proud someone in support of everything the gender movement represents ! Na DNA ni TNA

I must have dozed during the debate.

I then had a dream that Martha was quoting sections of the law which indiicate that Uhuruto should not hold public debate.

Then I woke up and found everyone saying she supported Uhuru!Liar d'oh!
