After their propaganda against Thika superhighway failed, they realised the superhighway is still a marvel to many people and they want to claim 50% percent credit now.

1. The Infrustructure bond was conceptualised and successfully implemented by the PNU wing as a way of raising funds locally for development. This was when the ODM brigade then was then referring to the stock exchange/ capital markets as a place for "drug money" and "thieves".

2. Their repeated claim that Thika Superhighway was built with tribal consideration was the overriding factor implied they were not responsible for this work and were distancing themselves from it.

Buure Kabisa!

I wanna agree with you but I'm not sure you are entirely objective. RAO may take some 10% credit for the bypasses, but TSH, no way! The way he attached the tribal tag to the marvel piece made him essentially anti-development.

One story I heard, the process had to be hastened during the PEV when it emerged RAO was keen to scuttle it. Huyu jamaa ametuonyesha mengi kweli.

As I was going to town this morning, I saw a huge billboard with RAO's photo, a photo of a lion and beaches with an ocean background and hotels and the words 'INCREASED TOURISM'. Wazuans whats wrong with him? Why is He trying to tell Kenyans that He brought the lions to Kenya and He is the one who built all those hotels. This Man has really done it this time. Yeye ni bure kabisa!
