When do end of year results have to be announced by listed firms? I understand it is 4 months after year end.

If that is correct,then isn't KPLC cutting it very,very close?

Does anyone know why the delay?

they installed a shody software that they were conned by some goons from sa into accepting. it has caused a massive mess

If they give us anything close to carbacid,i will not mind the wait,extrapolating 1st half suggests good tidings @125 its cheap.

...the delay indicates something major is cooking (being cooked)...and my guess is that gov is sharpening its knives to come to table for its share of preference dividends...the massive Pref share portfolio of Ksh 16bn at a high 7.85%pa amounting to 1.3bn...one wonders why last yr it did not come for its share and it was clearly eligible...maybe good manners...

Playing the stock market without insider info...is like buying a cow in the moonlight.
