Funded by who? Guess! The west!

you will be laughing out loudly while broke?

@murenj, question for you as a doctor and your experience at KNH. Is PK's flagship idea for 46 more KNH type hospitals making any sense to you. Where will all the specialist (No private practice opportunities in North eastern/machakos/kitui and so on, so they will depend fully on those jobs unlike Nairobi) come from assuming we have the resources to equip and manage 47new KNH's, renal, heart, cancer units and so on, is it more realistic say 5 new KNHs first? Can he be made to look ridiculous during the debate because of this idea. I think it is the most ridiculous thing i have heard during this campaigns, please prove me wrong.

the modern trend in medicine is to have 'specialized hospitals' eg pumwani, mathare, UON dental etc,. large hospitals have complicated administrative procedures and protocols that slows down decision making, Impacting negatively on patient care and clinical incomes. they have many administrative layers, that result into a bloated workforce.

2) we do not require more KNH like structures. The facilities at the grass roots are poorly equipped., limiting their scope of practice.
3) we have many specialists out there at the grassroots who lack the tools of trade.
4) KNH is always underfunded by a factor of 50% or so.....47 KNH type hospitals....? show me the money first.
5) sweden has no private medical facilities.....the ruling class gets attended to in the same public hospitals.....
7) only a small portion of doctors are engaged in private practice...in places like india, Doctors Tarmack

@Murenj, your post doesn't explain at all how the Uhuru/Ruto presidency might not materialize, besides losing fair and square to another coalition. There are 20 days left to the showdown!

The Topic Headline was meant to catch your attention.

Reminds me of those small pieces of paper that used to be distributed to passengers in a bus on the way to Western and Nyanza. They would have a very catchy summary of the "news". You would thus gladly buy the paper only to find nothing connected to do with the headline

Stuff like...
So and so receives So and so with a hot kiss on the lips...Then inside its nothing but how the two uttered some reconciliatory 3 words while greeting mourners at a funeral

But this one i did see..
'Ngilu whips as she narrates how she lost her virginity'
Inside was a warning on how she warned some girl students on the effects of early marriage.. nothing and absolutely nothing on the weeping loss

we all know that there are DEMONS all over who are not happy with UHURUTO. I do not foresee a LUMUMBA like solution being implemented. BABA JIMMY solution version 2007 is most likely in the pipeline. No one bares his teeth at the west and gets away with it. Am not sure if China is willing to undergo a CUBAN like situation over Kenya

You do realize if Kenyans suffer, they won't be doing so in shifts, ati watu wa chupilee will suffer first, coard second na sisi watu wa PK third.

Some of us are psychologically prepared by anticipating trouble. My thinking is that in the event of sanctions God forbid, TNA fans will undergo serious mental anguish, shock going by their overconfidence, guilt and denial. Eventually we all suffer. Kenya will then become a whining nation. If things go well n our motherland takes off economically, we shall all celebrate regardless of whoever will be in the house on the hill.
Just my thoughts.
