The Ker (Luo chief) from kenya visited southern sudan early in the week. He as welcomed by delegations from Bor,Let and other regions. This delegations actually had placards showing where they come from (remember Moi days when people from various provinces or district carried placards to anounce there presence and royalty - similar style). The Ker walked with his fly whisk doing his thing. Some while back the leader of Southern Sudan Kirr flew to Kisumu directly and was met by Anyang Nyongo. This visit looks like it was a precursor to the Ker visit. Can someone tell us what is going on?
