Do you want to upload an image or post an image from somewhere else?If its post an image you have seen from another site just put it in between the 'img' tags like below.To copy image location right click it and look for something on the line of copy image location or address.

I think @dnn is talking about the inability to upload and post images on the forum without having to host them elsewhere and then link to them. The former is not possible and really needs to be sorted out.
