I think the case was hurried, and so there might have been some omissions and shortcuts to have the thing move fast - for a case the magnitude that was presented, and considering the tribe thing in kenya, more investigations were needed.
but you have to remember the icc is a political court and so anything can happen irrespective of the evidence presented. If they mess this case much of the credibility the icc has will be gone - lazima washike mmoja.

And the cry continues. I ask again, are we being prepared for the loss? Or are we being prepared for the arrest of the Uhuruto?
