Rank: Member Joined: 2/8/2007 Posts: 808		Careful people rates are creeping up steadily and dangerously. Interbank already headed to 9%, repo activity very high and picking up very little. The Kshs is in short supply and this is the only thing stopping the KSHS/USD rate to hold weakly. Certainly next MPC meeting will kick the CBR up to 10 - 11, but actual rates will steadily climbing......Don't like a closely contested election where there are weak institutions. Certainly Kenya Police and IEBC are nowhere near strong institutions.....
