The only logical deduction here is that some of the Kenyan Indictees stand the risk of being put in custody pending hearing and determination of their case(s)

Interfering with Witnesses is a serious matter especially for Accused persons before the Court:

For their cases in Kennya and the ICC, Uhuruto are actually reduced to hanging on technicalities to either delay or have their cases thrown out. they aren't too keen to have the substantive issues discussed.
