1. They should just drop these charges, Uhuru was framed. Can you imagine a secret meeting of several Mungiki at state house grounds? The people who cooked up these charges are really imaginative. All staff including cooks, tea ladies and watchmen kept/are keeping this meeting secret except one or two "mungiki witnesses"?
2. Were the contents of the envelope changed before the case begun? Was the input of KNCHR sought before the cases begun. I would really like to ask some people like. InfoKNcR

...truth be told that meeting never happened rather kibaki dint meet mungiki youth as claimed but youth leaders from.various parts of the country, hapo kusema ukweli ocampo goofed,as I said earlier mtu mwenye shida ni WSR there is so much against him and he knows that

Without witness number four, there was no mungiki meeting at state house and therefore the confirmation decision was based on a false witness.

To Avoid miscarriage of Justice, the case should be refereed back to the pre-trial chamber to be looked at afresh.
As i had stated earlier, this case is DEAD ON ARRIVAL. Ocampo was one big politician, playing to the tune of the west to fix Africa back to colonial times.

Though am not a Tumbili, I have always maintained that the fights in RiftValley were spontaneous;nothing was pre-planned.

The attack in Naibacha were retaliatory, whether planned or spontaneous is debatable.

It was a major blunder for OTP and ICC in general to have allowed the Suspects free reign.

They underestimated what they could do once left free.

Working to defeat the course of justice.

In today's Daily Nation. Bensouda has evidence that no.4 was bribed to recant his statement.
