These guys will be cleared, this is a waste of time. No judge has the guts to do what's right, they will do what's easy.

Happenning now!!!

Given the high stakes involved and the immense public interest, I bet they will be cleared.

The judiciary follows the law not public interest without regard to law and we have several precedents.

Nope, justice follows what is best in the public interest, that is why the law is VERY flexible, a ruling can range from total freedom to death by firing squad. A precedence was set by Pontius Pilate.

A judgement not a ruling, that is why Cholmondley was sentenced to 8 months. You cannot use the Pontius Pilate in a court of law.

I think they will be subtler than that ...with all these motions cropping up (like only supreme court having the mandate to handle presidential election cases) they will heehaw with the nuts and bolts of the case till its overtaken by events, then they will throw it out or defer it on a technicality.

Tru dat. Dont see how else they will get their way. Though even forcing UK and WSR out may not assure them success. Remember a certain region that very infamously never votes for anyone but their own?

Obvious, UHURUTO will walk free both here and at the ICC in Hague due to public interest however much the judges will coat the ruling. my little law tells me that. watch this space.
