Justices Mbogholi Msagha, Luka Kimaru, George Kimondo, Pauline Nyawmweya and Hellen Omondi are on the five judge bench to hear the UHURUTO case!!!

Nope, justice follows what is best in the public interest, that is why the law is VERY flexible, a ruling can range from total freedom to death by firing squad. A precedence was set by Pontius Pilate.
