1) ok lol we know the crucial witness is gone so basically there is no case here or ICC will have a tough time.

2) Being the digital team as they claim, they would want to demo the video conference as well as how they would govern if the case is not dropped

3) on the other hand, appearing in person will gather them some more sympathy votes ( i can imagine the rally they will have at the airport upon return) remember any publicity whether +ve or -ve is is a good

over to you digital era
i.am.back!!!!

Deputy President Ruto has asked the ICC to allow him not to continuously appear at trial and have his lawyers represent him.

GetIT411:
DEPUTY President Ruto argues he is entitled to waive his right to appear at ICC trial; wants judges to allow him to be absent from hearings.

Could these guys be preparing us mentally to refuse to attend? It reminds me of Ruto's sentiment b4 elections....that if they are elected, they hope ICC Court is ran by people who understands that they have the responsibility of running a country and thus they should cooperate accordingly. Whatever that means...

Things happening as we projected here in Wazua a few weeks ago..... that he could waive his right to appear at ICC....
