One of the enduring principles of justice is that it must appear to be done. If the majority, or a substantial section of the population feels otherwise, any ruling contrary to their feelings will only make things worse. The matter is highly sensitive.

The similar topic I reposted in the legal section has been deleted. There was nothing inflammatory about it ..or was there Miss Admin? I always appreciate an explanation.
