all there is is word on paper nothing more! we are good at coming up with policy papers. I have not heard of how these things will be implemented. You can easily talk of commuter rail all over, 5 stadias and 1 million jobs no one is telling us how this will be achieved!
to me what have heard so far ni pang'ang'a tu! which anyone can say!

VISION 2030 also looked good just on paper. Nothing much has been achieved yet and they might not have met their targets up to now but we are seeing some conscious steps towards that direction. Isn't it great to have bigger goals? Afterall, it would keep this jubilee guys working round the clock just to achieve a fraction of what they say they will do, if they want to be re-elected come 2017.

@Jamplu,

This is not Greek:

"The Manifesto will not only lay out the plan and commitments by the Jubilee Coalition once it forms the government, but will also lay out a financing charter on how the Coalition government plans to finance each of the key pillars and pledges in the Manifesto"
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

The idea of giving grants to youth, is an indication that jubilee is not that serious about this manifesto. Money is the oil of the economy, and being cavalier about how it flows is a mistake.

This 'moneyfesto' sounds sweet, has been presented well, has some good ideas like privatization, but it is not better than the others I have seen or heard.

But the jubilee are better than the others in terms of organization, creativity, interactivity and inclusiveness, and boldness.

Then there's the conditionality of 'enjoying this manifesto' if the Hague matter is cleared. This means that even if Jubilee wins, it will not have this manifesto as a priority. And who knows how and when this Hague matter will end?

Anyway, the ICT revolution is self organizing and processing. Akina Jubilee are just hanging on its 'coats'.
