This is no music to my ears.

Commissioners on the take!

No wonder Politicians had their way this past week, securing clearance with the Electoral body to run for various offices, without due regard to law.

- The whole system needs a complete overhaul.

- Transparency and accountability needs to be implemented - with the aid of Information Systems - which is a decision away.

- Anything short of this will be like wiping the floor, while you were first supposed to fix the broken water pipe, then wipe the floor; more articles like such will keep coming if...

- It's deplorable that it's happening in broad daylight, with merely a stir from leadership & citizens. Is the nation now so numb to the "culture of impunity"?

- Are those the leaders that you will be electing?
They tried to bury us, they didn't know we were seeds.

OMG. Not again. IEBC should do the best it can to ensure the elections are free and fair. Anything short of that is so grave I do not want to imagine.

Its good ahmednasir says he shared the info on the corrupt commisioner with the chairman. Over to you Isaack Hassa.

the entire nomination process was a circus and there is no democracy in our parties they are owned by individual and run as kiosks. Even the some of the called presidential aspirants can't pass the integrity test...i keep on hearing of mollases plant, some are suspects.
As a lawyer can ahmednasir do the right thing file a case/a petition or whatever it will be called for the said commissioner to be relieved of his duties if he has the evidence.
Lets not discredit IEBC entirely or we will have a repeat of 2007

all we need from the iebc is to be firm on the winner of the election, I doubt any candidate will go against the iebc - not with the hague issue hanging on our backs or ben-s might just have some more work to do with an expanded list.

Very serious allegations. So the law protects IEBC from executive manipulation but not from money-pulation?

The minute Hassan Isaack was identified with PNU and Oswago with ODM, the impartiality of IEBC went to the dogs.
