Hapana. 1983 was the last std 7 (old system) and they went to college 1990. Ruto wasn't in college 1992. He was attending YK92 University together with the likes of Jirongo and Robert Ouko. He must have been in Form 3 or 4 in 1985. I like the Vasco Dagama analogy though.
