I think we waste a lot of time on land matters. Instead of focusing on issues that will help Kenya, Pamba is spending a lot of time and energy on a non issue. Picture this; Singapore and Hong Kong have very little land yet their economies are doing very well. Redistributing land is a socialist and populist mind, It won't help Kenya- My two cents.(NB: This month I'm supporting Pamba, Next Month will be supporting Kusema na Kutenda- Just in case you invoke politics in this thread.)

You have raised too many issues so I do not know which one you want us to address;

1. RAO is raising the land issue to court RV and Coast votes - It has nothing to do with economics.

2. It is a proven fact that all wealth comes from land- Before you scream IT, There would be no demand for software if there is no hardware. The materials that make hardware come from the land. There would be no demand for services so dont quote that either.

3. Redistribution of land is socialist and populist- Yes and that is exactly what Jomo Kenyatta and Kihika Kimani did. Look at where it has brought us.

4. This month you are supporting Kupamba next month you are supporting Kusema bila kutenda apatiwe dollars ndiyo aauction community kuras- Have you wondered why the incumbent PORK is said not to have found a fence that he couldnt sit on and yet they call SKM aka Stevo watermelon in chief? You will be in good company!

5. Pamba is spending a lot of energy on non issues..it is true that Pamba was once minister of energy but even then, Albert Einstein's equation E=MC squared proves to us that you cannot waste energy, it just transforms into another state. Therefore, when Pamba spents a lot energy it transforms into a state that causes some to see madeeemon where none exist and for others to blame failure by their heifers to give birth on Kupamba...or is it Kubamba?

@ consultant,
1. A leader should raise above narrow interests and focus on the best interest of this country.
2. Wealth comes from land : not really- check your facts.
3. Although they did that, we should not follow them- we should focus on how to transform this country.
4. Watermelon...no, currently I can stomach a few mafumbo's- next month is Kusema na Kutenda.
5. I forgot physics...A good point, kindly read it as 'waste energy'.

1. Raila is playing realpolitik when he talks about land just the same way UK and WSR are using the ICC to rally votes. They are all politicians and should be seen as such. We expect no more no less from them. It is for you to separate the wheat and the chaff.

2. I am still waiting for you to show me wealth not derived from land- SEE link http://foodandwealth.blo...h-comes-from-land.html#!/2012/03/all-wealth-comes-from-land.html.

3. RAO is not going to redistribute land, refer to 1. He just wants votes.

4. Ok, point taken.

5. Its all the same- waste, spent...but its ok, I was just trying to find humor out of a grim situation.

Have a nice weekend!
