yes have been there and registered,but know what,i joined april last year and they were already full. i however didnt like their lengthy acquisition process,which takes forever. we were however assured of the next project in Tala,Kangundo or somewhere in Eldoret,which are supposed to start in an year's time.

Out of curiosity,I wonder how much the area around Kissaju has grown. I bought a parcel there 8-years ago (then it was open field) and now may be the time to develop some and sell some. If you like I could provide my e-mail for further discussion.

@mokenya,

the jamii bora trust specifically empowers the less priveleged. their houses are going for kshs 450k for a 4br and 350k for a 3br. nice houses with electricty,water social amenities - hospital,school shopping complex blah blah.

but i wont mind to know how you are selling a 1/4 parcel.

Contact me on waslosh@yahoo.com. Please indicate Jamii Bora on the title line,because my yahoo e-mails come accompanied with lots of junk which I delete instantly.

I will then provide you my formal everyday use e-mail address.
