However,sio prophesy as such,she talked about a dream that she had,that one of the presidential candidates declared themselves winner - even before IEBC announced the official results and there was blood shed

I guess this tells us that,in every human being,there is ability to do evil,we are all fallen. Even the people that Gd has chosen too use in the advancement of his ministry are fallen.
