The good news is that IG Kimaiyo is slowly taking charge and dismantling the former networks. AND he has finally gotten rid of the two clowns from the communications office.

The bad news; Charles owino is in charge of what???? I seriously hope internal affairs mean something like police welfare you know funerals for fallen colleagues and such.
