KCB, Mpesa bank, EABL, Uchumi and Equity are the top 5 turnover movers today. So far the big 3 (KCB, Mpesa bank and EABL) have pulled back and are now gearing for the next bull move.

I've also pointed out today a number of counters that are pending breakout moves. The complete list has 10 counters with expected price movement in brackets. Of interest is MSC, uchumi and CFCI since they have been seeing a lot of volume of late. Uchumi is sitting a the top of its range. If it fails to break above a double top will form and the reversal will be very nasty as profit taking ensues. CFCI has been getting a lot of volume, but the price has just stagnanted (accumulation). Same case with MSC, but its tech signals are mixed on the expected direction.

Keep an eye on these counters for the expected large moves.

KK (bear), KQ (,bear), MSC (neutral) Uchumi (bull), Carbacid (bull), TOTL (bear), CFCI (bull), C.Berger (bull), Kapchorua (neutral), WTK (neutral)

Thank you for the numbers but i can bet you a whole goat mumias is a bear, uchumi wont move past 22 and real gainers shall include housing finance and kcb.

@hisah. Was about to ask u about CFCIH. its has had 2 volume spikes recently . Got a few. With the nse rebound so better results and div i think it should rally to around 9-10.00.

On WTK i see signs of upward movement. The supply at 200 is drying up. Infact over the last few days for the first time in a long time demand at 200 goes unsupplied. But dont expect major movement till around may-june

Geez! Mpesa bank has traded an oversize 106M shares so far with a turnover of above half a billion (588M) with VWAP currently at 5.55/- Foreigners pressing on the bid plate... Is something in the offing?

So far huge trades have taken place on EABL, KCB and Mpesa bank since Jan. And in Feb the trend is still on. Elections d'oh!

Airtel HUGE loss in Africa, which may force their change of approach especially in Africa.

Does this airtel result really warrant a one day 618M trade on mpesa bank? There must be some news really soon.
