City Trust fair value stands at KES.500-525 Drool

How did u arrive at this and what do u mean by fair value.
I ask because at this price the new company will be trading at a p/b of over 2.5
Dyer & Blair valued it as such in the Circular.
I have a feeling there will be Bond Revaluations [I&M marked-to-market some of their Bonds] which will boost the NAV. In readiness for listing, I&M may also revalue their properties which adds to the NAV.

So till then we cant say that what nav is exactly. Point noted though
Everything except death & taxes is speculative d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

@Aguy, like @VVS has said. ..... also put into consideration that I&M is a growth stock with huge potential. Valuations could be adjusted upwards as info ticks in

True. But as of now we work with what we have which is a p/b of more than 2. This may come lower accordings to the bonds and real estate.
Caution on attaching a premium to a stock because of growth and potential. Because the growth expected if it occurs it is what will justify todays price. Ifand if the growth potential is the same in that future thats what will guarantee the price today, so its very risky to buy an over valued stock no matter how high the prospects. I wish i bought this at 200-300.
Now is to wish those on board God speed.
@vvs. Pliz never leave us behind again, regards proteges. Lol

P.S. Make YOUR own decision. Don't look to someone else to do so... No easy answers.

Yes, I made the wrong decision/s in buying City Trust. I wish I had made more mistakes of this sort.
