Does anyone have info whats happening with this project? Its been over 1 year and still nothing from this guys - issue seems to be title ownership, does anyone have any information? would it be prudent to pull out and invest money elsewhere?

I note there is no response to your query; I've been trying to find out from Hassconsult and Paramount but there is a dearth of information, neither entity responding to several queries about timelines. Would be good to simply know what is going on. Now thinking of cutting my losses (interest lost to someone else on my downpayment) and moving on.

Hear the issue was about the conversion from a 999 year lease to 99 years lease coupled with the absence of a National Lands Commission to effect the change.....
