... did you guys know that if the oath of office or swearing in doesnt take place baks kan be a holding president but with very limited power he wont be able to do a couple of things...

Transfer of power process is MUST. Kibaki is not running so he MUST transfer power to whomever wins!

Or are you thinking that now transfer would be necessary if RAO won since he is a co-principal in the current government?
