Lorry rums into a ferry leaving at least 11people dead including school children, angry passengers sink the lorry. ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

What is the fate of the driver?
Its high time we did away with these archaic means of crossing channels.
We need suspension bridges, you done here ferries carrying people in Los Angeles or Hudson Bay!

So sad!! At this time and age we still think ferry is most efficient way to cross this small stretch!!! I think a bridge is long overdue!!
PK mentioned early this week in an interview that this is one of his priorities...

Rest in peace. If they can do a bridge it will save many a life and time. Too many deaths there. I remember sleeping whilst waiting for the ferry for an hour, inebriated at an ungodly hour, from Tandoori... with check-in time at work not so far away.

If you do a bridge across the LIkoni channel, how will ships access the kilindini harbour? IF YOU EXPECT ME TO POST ANYTHING POSITIVE ABOUT ASENO, YOU MAY AS WELL SIT ON A PIN
