Wealth will be generated irrespective of who enters. The problem is how will it be distributed.

IEBC cannot purport to amend the law.I foresee some court cases coming up and IEBC will be in shyt.

I think IEBC chair is between a rock and a hard surface.
If he bars them,there will be outcry and possibly,court cases.
If he doesn't bar them, outcry then possibly some court cases.
Which of the two scenarios serves a better greater good?
I think allowing them.

I think allowing them.

If he allows them,he should be ready to face the law which may even grant an injunction barring the elections in the affected areas or creating by elections now that we have a competent bench.Let him joke with the law.This is a clear cut case which can even be handled by the recent graduands from Kenya School of Law and the evidence is overwhelming.
