statehouse is set get a new comptroller this afternoon. this is to replace hislop ipu,who resigned under unclear circumstances and redeployed to the central governmnent. though a highly guarded secret,there is a strong pointer that a ceo of a leading multinational has been offered the hot seat,just awaiting formal announcements. who could he be???
