All mps will be equal and no front bench. Hence passing legislation will be a very tough n expensive affair.

Noop Cabinet secretaries will be reporting to Committees of the House who in turn will table their reports on the floor.

Then who will table budgets and budget estimates, Bills, read ministerial statements etc in Parliament.

without question&answer session, that house will be duuuull. so 400 people(mp/senate) doing what in the house?. i reckon average quorum will be 10.

Doesn't this mean that the citizens will get more alienated from the government?

That is, devolution will in fact be a different kind of centralization?

Will there be a parliament after the elections - the number of ladies nominated by the major parties seems to be very few and considering even the nominated might eventually lose. the 1/3 rule can not be met

The courts already ruled on this.....the 1/3 rule will be implemented pole pole!!!!
