Yes, they deserve credit for their achievements. But I don't think their exploits are a testimony to their unparalleled intelligence. I think they merely show us that these guys believe in themselves. Immensely so.

That being said, I am having trouble seeing how Sonko's performance on the interview was sterling. He appeared thoroughly coached to me. Nothing wrong with being coached, really, but we ought to resist judging people too much by their rehearsed remarks. It seems in this country if you can start out filthy and then sanitize yourself somewhat later on, you become an instant hero.

Oh, how quickly we forget! We must be the easiest society on earth to dupe.

"Yes, they deserve credit for their achievements."
lets just stop at that, give them credit for their achievements.

I tell you, 30mins erases 5yrs deeds!!!

DITTO!! The dude printed a fake title and an ID belonging to a certain old man and sold a plot that landed him into jail but the dad was a real estate agent back then and after escape from jail he left Mombasa for Nairobi where he continued his businesses. He at one time was a suspect in the abduction of a prominent businessman, fake LPO's,bank fraud, obtaining money from unsuspecting Kenyans that he is a car importer, escaping from jail and later being elected MP.The guy should be in jail to complete his term.At this rate Waiganjo may contest for Nakuru governor in 2017 and receive wide support.

@mawinder, yet you have no choice but to vote for him, sio?

I think for most Nairobians, the choice between Sonko and BMW is a yank-your-teeth-or-yank-your-toenails type of proposition. Neither is desirable but both are all there is - and that makes us uncomfortable. So in order for us to live with ourselves, we start scouring through the characters of these guys looking for the one or two gems we think we can find - eloquence, humility, ability to quote the constitution... And alas! The candidates now begin to look really good - and we know we are not mad to vote for them.

That really sums up the mess, except for Kidero and now Jimnah.

Never! Bishop only appeals to her constituents. Sonko has probably the highest media coverage for a politician. There's a month he had higher coverage than the president and PM combined to those who are privy to this info. The guy gets coverage just for his dressing without saying anything. We already know CORD can't get that seat based on the aspirants who have chickened from the challenge.

BBI will solve it

OK, let us agree on one thing - YT2, Sonko 'The Glory,' Kidero: its all bad!

Yaani ni mbaya!

In fact the electoral commission should start distributing nose plugs for all those intending to vote in the National elections. The top choices all stink.

But Nairobians will need two plugs.

There are alot of things you ODMers would prefer us to forget but we shall not ,hence the shocking voter registration.

PEV whether planned or not someone implemented it.The people.Ask yourself why someone would do that and what conditions would push them to that point. How have we changed their conditions in such a manner that someone sees no sense in doing the same thing?

Ok,then let us wait and see her explain how JIAM ended up with a house ,she can explain it even with a diagram.

she will draw a picture of an angel sent from heaven with a house. beat that!Laughing out loudly That NHC house was theft (Thou shalt not steal....helloo)the houses are meant for Kenyans of humble means who may not be able to afford the market rates. For a Bishop whom God has "blessed" with money and homes in leafy suburbs and is an MP and thus enjoys a home loan from the government, taking that/those NHC house/houses was theft. She then lied about Kamangu. Then she dares allude to herself as "righteous" in her campaign posters. NKT!

Sonko is the only guy I can confidently say will win in Nairobi. He will show Wanjiru dust. I should take this to the bank and cash it now and go grab some Bluemoon- every shot counts, yaani kila njoti inaleta bidii
