YT2 cannot afford to play ignorant anymore he will need to pull up his socks otherwise he may come a distant 3rd.
KDR must be smilling at this development, with Kisia having withdrawn his side of the votes are locked in.
Debate or no debate you can be sure kangemi, kawangware, kibra etc are locked.

Waititu's stronghold is Eastlands, huko hata Kidero akifanya nini he'll not beat him.
