The whole estate, 35m is just for the 3 houses one in Muthaiga,Lavington and Nyali.

Note that this is the price of the houses and not the prots; a quarter prot in Lavington goes for kindu 40 million as far as Carol Mutoko can be quoted,she lives there or nearby.

Don't you guys know how accounts are done? What is quoted is "Book Value", i.e., how much he paid for them minus accumulated depreciation. It is not the market value!
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

Accounting 101; there is a difference between Historical cost,Book value net of depreciation,Market value n blah blah.The Saitoti estate is a going concern so you cant value it at market rates as if its up for grabs in the open market.
That said what did you pple expect waseme the estate is valued at 4bn then the same evening Oti and Kama will be holding the young man at ransom thinking the 4 Bn is inform of Bank balances.
