1/4 plots available - for commercial or residential at Menengai,price should be around 10million per piece.

@ india.....thats too much for a kwota in menengai.Not even do plots in either 58 or Kiamunyi cost that much. Or did u mean 10M for 20acres??

I'm not very sure of the actual size of the plot,but the owner is asking for 10m per piece. The location is suitable for commercial purposes.
