Is this where Psys and Cockpit are located? IMO building apartments is a poor investment ....Nairobi is saturating with apartments, with a slowing uptake. A mall complex would have been a better idea.

Nula is some place near the jonathan ngeno estate,just next to the bypass and also next to the apartments near deliverance.construction is on going but am told a mall and apartments shall be coming up where psys and cockpit are

scb have been given vacation notice from their current langata branch. reason why the opened T-Mall branch.

Nula is not at psys area,its much further up between the southern bypass and the apartments near deliverance. Although rumour has it a bigger shopping mall with apartments are coming up at the psys area

the ndevo is in the details..of the subleases for these apartments ..the origino title deed an the terms ..this highrise living is at times costly in the long run
