I've been in the industry since 2005 n sadly,i've seen a lot of contact centers crash n burn all due to lack of proper planning.
@chi20 Just like any other investment,do your homework and ensure you thoroughly understand the dynamics of the industry before jumping in. It goes without saying but.....have a tangible strategy in place for your business.
My advice? you may wanna start out small by offering data entry services and then diversify your product portfolio once you've got your footing.
