Good to know, whereas the old DC was in charge of DEVELOPMENT n SECURITY, the Governer will be strictly in charge of development, whereas the county Commisioners or whatever the name will be in charge of security, answerable to the central govt but working alongside the governer as a team mate for any assistance {financial, resources etc}.

EXECUTIVE: Governer, Deputy, CEC{county cabinet}

LEGISLATURE: County assembly, Speaker {ex~officio}

JUDICIARY: Shared with the central govt.
