the knut is fighting ingenuine war against the minstry of education for employing the interns. two issues that arouse the war are:
the interns will join other existing labour movements other than knut,hence denying them their dues which they draw from tsc.
by employing the interns,it means the immediate and crucial areas of understaffing will be dealt with,hence no need to employ (by the tsc) immediately. this reduces the bargaining power for the tsc to employ,and hence no increase in dues for knut in the foreseeble future.
i support the ministry's decision,for they will create employment to many deserving cases as well as reduce imbalances by regions and understaffing.
