On 11 March 2011 Hon Anyang Ny'ong'o wrote to UN security council on behalf of RAO and ODM urging the council not to consider referring the ICC cases to Kenya or to defer them.
Over the Weekend RAO said that once he is elected the president he will appeal to UN security council to have the ICC cases referred back to Kenya.
This clearly shows what Miguna had said was true. That RAO blows cold and hot about the ICC. In 2011 we had a new constitution...yet he said they must not be referred back to Kenya. In 2013 He is saying he will have them referred back to Kenya.
This is not about whether he is able to do anything about these cases or not. It is about being inconsistent.... what has changed between March 2011 and Jan 2013... that has made RAO change his stand?

If you did not know Rao was a communist i will have to provide references to educate you, but before that some research pointers, start with KPU 1966 Kenya Peoples Union (a peoples revolutionary party), his choice of Fidel Castro for his son, Russia hospital in Nyanza, his education in east Germany, the 1982 fiasco, listen to youtube on the disagreement before his stoning 1969 stoning of Kenyatta, the assassination of capitalist Tom Mboya and communist JM. Provide a rationale for 32/70 maize meal and "canaan apartments" before we talk. We held some of these debates in wazua so just search. Ras Kienyeji Man

There are 2 letters which Anyang Ny'ong'o wrote on behalf of RAO and ODM at 2 different times.
1) One was to UN security council in March 2011 and reported in all media houses and it was never refuted by ODM.
2) Another one written in June / July 2011 to ICC urging the ICC to detain the suspects once they arrive in the Hague.
The 2nd one is the one that never happened. The first one happened, as confirmed by media houses and also by Miguna in his book. Miguna even explains how it was delivered against all the difficulties encountered.
