for the eb branch managers,including operations managers seriously need reinvigorating. i strongly suggest retraining in management skills and customer care. others are human capital (hr & admnistration). current demand for eb's products is market driven,but not eb's management initiatives.
these category of line managers are the management segment on the ground. their handling of their clients (atleast those i have interacted with) are awfully pathetic. i attribute this to haemorrhaging revenues at their base station. they operate dismally less than optimum,but have the potentials. potential in massive resource mobilisation from the clientele.
