Rather than discuss the two under a Waititu thread, why don't we just have a thread dedicated to the two!!!!......and the other donkeys in the race!!!

After watching Waititu vs Kidero yesterday, I'm for Waititu. Lo and behold. Never thought I'd ever say that.

Kidero really really should change his attitude and Waititu is way wiser than the media has been trying to portray him.

Kidero was really disappointing to say the least. Waititu was right about the myriad of policy papers that have been written about the city. The thing we need is someone to implement them. Even if it calls for throwing stones.

Its sad to say this but given Kidero, I tend to believe that more policies would be implemented with Waititu, Sonko and Shebesh.

Now I'll go get a downer coz I'm clearly high.

I think Waititu should hire a team to assist him come up with a 'basic needs' campaign.

This thing of knowing when masterplans were done won't help Nairobi.

In the interview Waititu came thru as the underdog and Kidero the big rich, arrogant, elite bully. Game shot! Kidero is a non-starter, where did he forget his manners?

I don't think this is done and dusted as some might try to purport just because of yesterday's interview. The trible factor will still be the biggest determinant. What has happenned is that Kidero seems to have lost some chunk of the swing mido crass votes that he had before the interview.

........some people wondered why I was rooting for the bishop in ODM!!!

I'm beginning to actually think Waititu and Sonko might be good for Nairobi as they understand the plight of the people. No matter what, poor people have to come first, they've been swept under the rugs for too long and it is a time bomb waiting to explode.
