I hate it when Utd take a lead...they just can't seem to close out a game. Yesterday we got a taste of our own medicine with that last gasp Dempsey equalizer. 2 points dropped if you think about City breathing down our necks but fair game to Spurs, they deserved a point at least. Hopefully we go on another long winning streak after this setback.

If goons had played the first half with as much spine as they did in the 2nd half, well we'd probably have had a different set of results.

Even though we dropped the two points, I think our defence has really improved!!!!

Hehe. Hazard sent off for kicking ballboy in the ribs when he refused to give back the ball.

Hazard says he tried to keep the ball which the ball boy smothered, the ball boy was obviously time wasting but the red was deserved. The time wasting was premeditated in Swansea's tweeter page, Swansea welcoming the return of the "king of ball-boys" and hash tagging time wasting, hehe. No harm done though, the boy went to the Chelsea dressing room after the game and both parties apologized to each other.

@Youcan'tstopusnow, am surprised your first item is not on the impressive win by Arsenal...

I think hazard is far much well behaved, imagine if the ball boy did that to super Mario?

smano, hehe. It was a routine win. FA Cup weekend, and then Liverpool. We should be winning that. Liverpool are too close for my liking and are on form.

Arsene Wenger is in talks to sign the Swansea ball boy. The gaffer had this to say "Anyone that gives Eden Hazard a torrid time must have mental strength and must be top top quality"

In the meantime, Man Utd have signed up Wilfried Zaha for 10M pounds with the fee rising to 15M pounds with add-ons and bonuses...the boy returns to Crystal Palace on loan till end of the season. I've seen several clips of the guy and he'll give Ashley Young a run for his money and seal the inconsistent Nani's fate. Personally Ashley Young has been a let down for the amount of money we paid for him and only showed man of the match performance in the 8-2 drubbing of goons last season. He's a shadow of the player that came from Villa.

Of course rumours have started of a deal for Wanyama next season but I won't hold my breath, though we need such a player. The other rumour of Utd being ready to hear offers for De Gea is short sighted as far as am concerned - the boy is 22 years and one of the best shot stoppers, the only thing he needs is time to get his aerial balls act together...goalkeepers reach their prime much later than strikers. 30 year old goalkeepers are at their peak and go on for an even further 10 years or more. Brad Friedel is 42 and in match winning form, last he played before LLoris took over.

I hope Fergie gives time to the 3rd most expensive goalkeeper to become the best goalkeeper in the world.

The Kop, Spurs and Villa humbled in Capital One Cup. Torres spares the blues blushes and forces a replay. Thankfully we get Reading and are drawn at home in the 5th round. Playing these small teams in their gardens a.k.a pitches seems like a pain...
