I was irked by Mututho's dogged determination to write legislation that hobbled my social life, though I found the law to technically have merits. But this is Kenya, I have never been in any reasonable pub where they stopped serving at the appointed hour and the troops came in. So it was a law that came missing some legs.
Mr Mututho himself had some follies, the most memorable being the incident he stormed a Naivasha school in front of cameras and the Headmistress showed him who was boss!!! He came to mudsling, instead he got bathed in his own load head to toe. I concluded he is not very bright that fellow.
