guys,i have a cheque lying at the MD's office for the last one month. i gave sell orders of which was executed with that haste,cheque raised and the finance guy signed; one of the two signatories. md has refused blatantly to sign,meaning the cheque is incomplete. this guy is so elusive never to be seen in the office. the staff are quite honest that they are experiencing cash flow problem. but what should i do? my patience is running out.

I currently live outside Kenya and have seen worse thru the same broker..

Lodge a complain with CMA immediately. Once you get you money,run and never go anywhere near their offices.
