Rank: Elder Joined: 12/7/2012 Posts: 11,930		i thought one of the requirements of IEBC to clear an individual to contest is tax clearance certificate. how are the current Mpigs including presidential candidates and mates going to achieve this. or KRA will give them if they pay up. May be when they know the pain of paying taxes they will be more responsible with our taxes

Conventional thinkers waste time building shelters when they are unnecessary and then have no shelters when they need them the most. Socionomists do the opposite.
